Who is Mobizou?
Mobizou Inc. is the company that runs the Bizoubucks Rewards Program. Mobizou also offers services to retailers to upload coupons and surveys under the Mobizou name.

How do I use a coupon?
While you can save coupons to your wallet via your computer or mobile device, you can only use a coupon via a mobile device.

Can I use this on any phone?
You must have a internet capable phone. We also suggest that you have a data plan.

Is there any cost to using the Bizoubucks program?
There are no costs to use Bizoubucks, however you will incur data usage charges from your phone provider when accessing the Mobizou mobile site. Make sure you have a data plan!

I tried using a coupon at a store location, and the store wouldn't take it. Is Mobizou responsible for this?
No. The Mobizou service is available to any retailer who wishes to upload coupons to the site. The retailer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all the coupons it puts onto the site. What are Bizoubucks?
Bizoubucks is the currency of the rewards program. You can spend Bizoubucks on items in the store, on auctions or on draws.

How do I earn Bizoubucks exactly?
It's pretty easy, simply save coupons to your wallet, fill out surveys, enter in bonus codes, invite a friend or invite a retailer to join the Mobizou service for retailers.

Why do you need my cell phone number?
Mobizou's policy is one account per user. We use your cell phone number to verify your account and it is used as your primary log in. We will never share this number (read our privacy policy).

How come when I log in to my account I can't see certain coupons that were there when I haven't logged in yet?
One of the great benefits of Mobizou is that coupons can be highly targeted by retailers. If a retailer has chosen to target a coupon to a specific geographic location that you are not in, you wouldn't be able to see it when logged in.

How long do items take to get to me when purchased with Bizoubucks?
Please allow 4-6 weeks. Items are always shipped via ground.

Does this work overseas?
For now, the Bizoubucks Rewards Program is only present in the inter-continental United States and Canada.

Why are you asking for my address? Other online coupon sites don't ask for this.
Bizoubucks is a rewards program that ships prizes directly to the end-user so it is a lot more than a simple coupon site. For us to do this, we need to know where you live! Again, your personal information will not be shared (read our privacy policy).

What if I don't see a retailer listed that I would like to see on here?
Mobizou is activley rolling out the service to retailers across the country. However, if you would like to refer a business that you personally know to Mobizou, please do so via the site and you can earn yourself 10,000 Bizoubucks for the referral.

Will the Bizoubucks Rewards Program supply any item that is submitted and voted up by the community?
We will assess all ideas submitted by the community. Whether they make it to the store will depend on its feasibility and merits. Obviously, don't expect a Ferrari to show up anytime soon!
